Our repair/return policy:
We will gladly repair any of our products. Items MUST be clean for servicing.
There are no charges for repairs done within 90 days of purchase and determined to be a defect in materials or workmanship.
When received it will be evaluated for repair and you will be notified if there will be any charge before repairs are made.
Repairs must be shipped with a R.A. number and a copy of the invoice, within 30 days of issuance of the R.A.
and within 90 days of purchase.
Please contact customer service prior to returning.
We are unable to accept the return of goods that have been misused or altered in any fashion.
Returns for refund must be within 30 days of purchase and in original condition.
Again, please contact customer service prior to returning for a refund to be issued.
If you return any item for any reason other than defect, your refund will reflect a credit card processing fee and the original shipping charges!
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING THE ITEMS TO US. THE ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION FOR US TO REFUND. IF NOT, WE WILL EVALUATE THE ITEMS AND REFUND ACCORDINGLY. WE WILL NOT REFUND ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED.
